Among those who would prefer classical employment for project work today, Russians from 35 to 54 years old (53%), women (46% versus 43% of men) and residents of the Northwestern Federal District (58%) prevail.
At the same time, 42% of respondents allow themselves the opportunity to conduct activities as self-employed.
As analysts have found out, the proportion of those for whom this status is acceptable is the highest among survey participants aged 18 to 24 (53%) and decreases with age.
Almost a third (30%) consider opening an individual entrepreneur or their own business as a suitable option.
According to the study, for every tenth respondent, employment on projects under civil law contracts (GPC) is acceptable.
In addition, 20% of Russians say they are ready to freelance without any formalities.
According to the survey, a typical portrait of a shadow freelancer is a young man under 34 years old, with a higher education and living in one of the major cities of the Central or Siberian Federal District.
A total of 1,000 people of working age took part in the survey.
