Already on September 21, there was a raid on Tegernsee with over 200 officers, papers and valuables were confiscated.
Now the “Ukraine” task force struck a second time.

Felt at home in the “unique place Rottach-Egern”
He spent many days and nights in the crossing.
"I rented rooms there like other guests," the multi-billionaire told tz in the summer.
He felt at home in the "unique place Rottach-Egern".
This could now be his undoing.
Because the investigators were looking for evidence of how long Usmanow had appreciated the amenities of the hotel and his main villa on Fischerstrasse.
If it was more than 182 days per year, Usmanov should have reported this to the responsible tax office, to which he is said to owe 555 million euros in income and gift tax.
which he denies.
He paid tax on his income in Russia.
Because of a double taxation agreement with Russia, he was not obliged to pay income tax in Germany.
The Munich public prosecutor has accused Usmanow of a number of crimes
Because of his closeness to Kremlin chief Putin, the 69-year-old landed on the EU sanctions list in early March.
Since the attack on Ukraine, Usmanov has been charged with a number of offenses by the Munich public prosecutor's office: money laundering, tax evasion, violations of the Foreign Trade and Payments Act and the sanctions provisions.
Specifically, according to SZ, 90 suspected money laundering reports from banks should also be involved.
Usmanov is said to have used them to process payments from offshore companies in tax havens that are attributable to him.
Branches of one of the banks were searched by investigators from the Federal Criminal Police Office and the Ukraine Task Force in early November.

And now his favorite hotel was in the sights of the investigators.
It is said that Usmanow rented entire suites on the third floor of the crossing as a permanent guest for years.
If rooms were reserved for Usmanov all year round, this would be an indication for the investigators that he had settled in Germany for years.
The extremely wealthy businessman went in and out of the hotel, went for walks along the Tegernsee and then drank "a beer with friends".
There was probably more than a beer at his celebrations in the hotel: According to eyewitnesses, champagne is said to have been beheaded by the staff with sabers.
The management does not provide any information on this.
Comfort ended abruptly when war broke out on February 24th.
The billionaire packed his bags and disappeared from Rottach-Egern four days later before ending up on the EU sanctions list.
Since then, the four villas have been orphaned, and the hotel has one billionaire less as a permanent guest.
Usmanov is not the only oligarch in the valley.
These Russians have their fortune at Tegernsee.
