Singers and actors Lee Eru and Jo Seong-hyun had an accident last night (19th) when they drove a drunken car on Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Seongdong-gu, Seoul and crashed into a tanker.
The Seoul Yongsan Police Station announced today (20th) that it has booked Mr. Cho without detention for charges such as drunk driving under the Road Traffic Act.
The SUV that Mr. Cho was driving collided with the back of a tanker that had stopped for a while on the shoulder and was severely damaged by the impact.
As a result of the breath test, Mr. Cho's blood alcohol level corresponding to the license suspension level was measured.
Mr. Cho was taken to the university hospital, where he was fortunately said to be out of harm's way to his life.
