Yesterday (19th) at 4:12 pm the lift suddenly stopped.
As the lift stopped, 54 passengers were also isolated hanging in the air.
At the time of the accident, the perceived temperature in Daegwallyeong-myeon, Pyeongchang-gun, reached minus 17 degrees Celsius, and the passengers had to shiver with fear and the cold.

We focused on preventing hypothermia by throwing winter items such as blankets by hand to passengers shivering in the cold, and rescued three passengers from the top of the slope at 5:17 pm, an hour after the accident.
The remaining passengers were all rescued at 7:48 pm, three hours after the accident, but three, including 21-year-old A, complained of hypothermia and were taken to the hospital.
