British singer Brocard married a "particularly jealous" ghost of a Victorian soldier and claims that her husband cheated on her at the wedding when he complimented one of the guests - the ghost of Marilyn Monroe

Brocard talks about her relationship with ghost Eduardo (ITV)

It's been a year since we told you about the bizarre marriage proposal British singer Brocard allegedly received from the ghost of a Victorian-era soldier named Eduardo.

The two recently got married in an embarrassing ceremony that was published online - and went out to celebrate their honeymoon which ended in a loud fight, at least by one of the parties.

Before we update you on the crazy developments in the lives (and deaths) of this unconventional couple, we'll remind you how the two met.

The 39-year-old Brockard, a singer and songwriter from Oxfordshire, England, met Eduardo last year, who died prematurely at the age of 35 after falling into a well.

He showed up at her house one night and refused to let go, she said.

The two began to have a sticky relationship, but experienced their first crisis when she decided to reveal the details of her spiritual partner on the ITV network program, "This Morning".

According to her, Edward was very angry about the disclosure and decided to "ghost" her.

She begged for forgiveness, wrote him a love song, made him a dinner of cheeseburger, fries and chocolate milkshake and finally managed to win his heart again.

A week after the apology, the marriage proposal came when Edward allegedly left a ring on her pillow and wrote a question mark on the mirror in the shower using the steam.

She immediately agreed, but even then said that she was a bit troubled by her unstable relationship with the spirit.

She said at the time: "It always bothered me that the level of super-normative activity is very intense. It felt like a very toxic relationship even though he's only a ghost. He's not the most reliable and it always seems like it has to be on his terms. Can such a toxic and tumultuous romance How will I know if he's cheating on me with other women? How will he pay the mortgage? I mean, will I just find big piles of cash on my pillow like I did with the ring?"

Last November it happened: the two got married in an extraordinary ceremony that was documented and published on Brocard's Instagram page.

She had two wedding dresses:

The dramas never stopped and the two even fought on their wedding day.

Brockard claims that Edward started with

Marilyn Monroe

at their wedding and completely ruined their honeymoon by drinking too much - making her pay for the damage.

She told the Daily Star about the happiest day of her life: "It was so exciting to walk towards Eduardo at our wedding with the song I wrote for him playing in the background, I'll never forget the smile on his face!".

She said that her living friends and dead colleagues were invited to the wedding, including a star-studded crowd such as Elvis, Marilyn Monroe and even King Henry VIII.

Edward caused a stir at the reception when Monroe arrived, she claimed: "Eduardo just couldn't help himself and made an inappropriate comment about Marilyn Monroe looking hot. I said to him 'Wow really? It's our wedding day'. His reaction completely ruined my evening!" .

Even on the honeymoon, the two allegedly fought.

According to the singer, what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation with her invisible husband turned into a disaster, when Eduard knocked her to the floor and spread ice cream all over her.

"It seemed like the vacation was only getting worse by the minute... Eduardo thought it was exciting and romantic to wrestle me and knock me onto the hot sand, but I tried to share my ice cream with him and it all got dirty. All the ice cream was smeared on my face, on my hair and of course, the sand stuck to the ice cream - so I looked like I was fighting a giant seagull," Brocard said, "I wanted it to be an amazing honeymoon but from that point on he just ruined everything. Eduardo was always unpredictable so it's typical that he would ruin our honeymoon!".

The "trouble" did not end there.

Brockard added: "Eduardo doesn't have a credit card so it's always me who has to pay - and he absolutely loves to go wild with our hotel room mini bars. Alcohol bottles always mysteriously remain empty, except for the gin bottle, which always remains full. I'm sure he doesn't In Jin's section".

Brocard said that her husband (I'm dying to remind you) insisted on buying 12 bottles of the best champagne upon their arrival at the hotel.

The situation hasn't completely improved since then, said Brockard, who released a new single called "It's Christmas again" about what it feels like to be the wife of a ghost at Christmas.

"Eduardo is really jealous at Christmas time, I tried every day this week to decorate our Christmas tree but he just keeps knocking it down," she said, "He hates the thought of Santa coming down the chimney and he even tried to block it. I told him that Santa visits everyone and he Not in love with me. But he's just jealous and doesn't understand."
