Adopt the "Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework" (referred to as the "Framework") and related package documents.

Reaching this "framework" is the most important landmark achievement of the second phase of COP15.
China is the presidency of COP15.
The theme of COP15 is "Ecological Civilization: Building a Community of Life on Earth".
In October 2021, the first phase of the COP15 meeting was successfully held in Kunming, China; the second phase of the meeting will be held in Montreal, Canada, where the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity is located, from December 7 to 19 this year.
