The Directorate of Education in Al-Hasakah Governorate held a festive event in a school
Arabism, in celebration of the Arabic Language Day, included artistic activities, and an exhibition of drawings and calligraphy in which the school students participated.
The event included an exhibition of students’ drawings, during which they expressed national and sentimental topics, in addition to participating in paintings on Arabic calligraphy, its types, and the aesthetics of its drawing. A number of creative students presented poetic and literary paragraphs and paintings on the Arabic language, its beauty, its splendor, and the need to stick to it, in addition to presenting paragraphs for playing instruments. Music to celebrate the occasion.
The Director of Education, Ilham Surkhan, explained in a statement to SANA reporter that the Directorate held a number of festive events in its affiliated schools to celebrate the Arabic Language Day, which is given all attention, noting that the celebration that was held in Al-Oruba School today and the various activities it included in which the students participated was an expression It is clear about their love and pride in their language and their adherence to it.
