The Mexican Consumer Attorney confirmed that there was no overselling of tickets for the Bad Bunny concert held on December 9.
The event's organizing company, Ticketmaster, had already issued a statement in which it explained the demand for tickets to see the Puerto Rican singer was the highest that had been registered in the country.
According to the statement, 4.5 million people were seeking an entrance to the site, which only had a capacity of 120,000 people.
Ticketmaster also said an unprecedented number of fake tickets had been submitted.
