Tan Yueheng pointed out that the "Blueprint" focuses on youth housing and home ownership and the gathering of youth networks, which to a certain extent responds to the voices of young people. Among them, the resumption of the "Hong Kong Residents' First Home Ownership" program is believed to be able to help many people who cannot apply for public housing and HOS Standards, but unable to buy private housing youths bring hope of home ownership.

Tan Yueheng said that he is happy to see that the government accepts his suggestions and introduces measures such as dashboards and mobile apps for young people to broaden the channels for young people to participate in and discuss politics, and to encourage them to understand government operations by distributing diverse information.

Chen Zuheng advocated the establishment of universities of applied sciences to strengthen vocational education

Chen Zuheng is concerned about the measures in the "Blueprint" to help young people integrate into the overall development of the country, including increasing opportunities for internships, employment and entrepreneurship in the fields related to the "Eight Centers".

He expects that when it is implemented, it can be closely integrated and complemented with the upcoming innovation and technology development blueprint.

In addition, Chen Zuheng pointed out that the "Blueprint" proposed to strengthen and optimize vocational education, suggested that the government establish a government-funded university of applied sciences, and explore how to better support vocational courses other than bachelor's degrees such as IVE.

Chen Peiliang suggested that young people should be inspired to find their own interests and give full play to their strengths

Chen Peiliang pointed out that the "Youth Dashboard" and the youth-oriented mobile app are the first step for the government to make good use of technology and listen to the voices of young people. It is hoped that this will be a channel and bridge for two-way communication.

As for the "Youth Commissioner", he thinks it is a good attempt. It is not only responsible for meeting the standards as scheduled, but also serves as a bridge between local youth stakeholders and the government level, attracting outstanding young people from all walks of life to participate in politics, and enhancing the space for young people to participate in public affairs.

Chen Peiliang believes that a good blueprint should not set up rules and regulations to guide or even limit the development of young people, but should inspire young people to find their own interests and develop their own strengths. He hopes that the "Blueprint" will provide a favorable environment, which can really help young people broaden their development space and achieve multiple outlets.

Chan Wing-yan: Self-recommendation schemes and committees can attract young people to participate

Chen Yingxin believes that young people do not want to lie down, but have no chance to "climb up". She pointed out that the "Blueprint" is in the right direction, and the expansion of the "Youth Committee Self-recommendation Program" and the establishment of youth community construction committees, regional youth development and civic education committees will help Attract more young people who care about the community and the development of Hong Kong to participate.

Chen Yingxin hopes that the "Youth Commissioner" can monitor the effectiveness of the work, and regularly review and report to the Legislative Council and the public.
