Does Donald Trump belong in prison?
For more than a year and a half, the committee of inquiry has been examining the ex-president's role in the storming of the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
Now, members have unanimously recommended that the Justice Department prosecute Trump.

The allegations against the ex-president weigh heavily: the panel accuses him, among other things, of inciting the crowd to riot.
On January 6, 2021, supporters of the former president stormed the seat of the US Congress.
Incited by Trump, they wanted to prevent the official recognition of Joe Biden's election victory in parliament.
Three people died in the attack.
It is unclear whether there will actually be criminal consequences.
The Committee's decision is not legally binding.
Nevertheless, it is a clear signal and could put obstacles in Trump's way - especially with regard to a renewed presidential candidacy.
Or even make them completely impossible.
