Curses against Benny Gantz who reached the Western Wall (use according to Section 27A of the Copyright Law)
Blue and White chairman, outgoing Defense Minister Benny Gantz, arrived this evening (Tuesday) with Education Minister Hili Trooper to light candles at the Western Wall, and was verbally attacked by right-wing activist Moshe Miron, who shouted: "Ganz, shame on you for saying there is room in Jerusalem for two beers, go away hence.
Gantz go home." Those present at the scene silenced the protester and reprimanded him to be quiet. Miron, a well-known right-wing activist, who was involved, among other things, in demonstrations in front of the homes of senior members of the previous coalition, uploaded the documentation of the incident to Twitter. The
chairman of Torah Judaism, MK Yitzhak Goldknopf, Condemned the incident and called it "a vicious attack against Minister Benny Gantz at the Western Wall this evening." He wrote, "Unfortunately, there are people who do not know how to separate political controversy from whitewashing.
The Western Wall belongs to every Jew regardless of who he is.
Face bleaching is prohibited against any person, and certainly against those who sacrificed their lives for the State of Israel.
The Temple was destroyed because of gratuitous hatred, the Wall is the last remnant of it.
At the end of October, the evening before the elections, Gantz came to visit the Western Wall and a group of ultra-Orthodox youth shouted at him "murderer".
In a speech that Gantz gave a week later in the Knesset plenum, he referred to the incident and said: "I went on the eve of the elections to put a note at the Western Wall and asked for peace to come upon us and for there to be peace between us. A group of people greeted me with horrible screams of 'murderer'. Like that for 20 minutes. These are exactly the same screams, and it's 27 Years later. A small reminder that I received this week and is very important to all of us, a reminder that reminds of the distinct and inseparable connection between words and actions. Not the one who says them, intends for them to have a result, but the one who says them does not know how to control that they do not have a result."
