The Ministry of Justice called on the judges examining cases related to public funds to expedite their dismissal and implement the rulings issued in them.
In a circular, a copy of which SANA received, the Ministry emphasized the importance of deciding as quickly as possible and issuing the necessary judicial rulings on cases related to public money, and not tolerating them, in addition to separating old cases from them, due to the spread of crimes affecting public money and the negative effects on the national economy.
The Ministry called on the Departments of State Cases, the Judicial Inspection, and the Public Defenders to follow up on provisions related to public funds, put them into practice, monitor the proper application of this circular, and inform of any violation of its content.
