At the hearing held two days ago, his lawyer claimed that he is a young man with no criminal record and that his two brothers are being investigated by the police, and even accused the young woman of being a serial complainer.
However, the judge rejected the request and stated that his identity should be allowed to be published even in view of the fear that he may have hurt other women.

According to the suspect, the young woman wanted to go to the police station to complain about her former partner, and the suspect convinced her to give up filing the complaint on the grounds that he would help her.
He then offered to drop her off at her house, to search the apartment and check that the threatening person was not there.
So, allegedly committed indecent acts on her.
Immediately after that, the young woman pushed him away and made it clear to him that she was not interested, and he left the apartment.
At the hearing held on Sunday, the judge ruled that there is a reasonable suspicion that he did commit the crime.
After that, the young woman went to the police station, and Firas, who received the summons, tried to convince her not to give her testimony.
Because of this, he is also suspected of obstructing proceedings.
According to the police officer, the policeman admitted that he knew that she was a weak young woman who was suffering from difficulties and that this did not prevent him from hurting her.
