A woman was arrested at the Mammendorf train station with several kilograms of hard drugs.
The Munich district court sentenced her to five years and seven months in prison.
Mammendorf/Munich – The judge found almost nothing but words of praise about the accused.
A suspected dealer was targeted by police earlier this year.
From monitored phone calls, the officers concluded that drugs were handed over at the end of February at the train station in Mammendorf.
A 37-year-old woman got off the train.
In her trolley case over seven kilos of amphetamine, typically sold under the Speed name.
Defendant is cooperative
Born in Dachau, she came from Hamburg, where she has lived for ten years.
She is cooperative and admits that she keeps other drugs in her Hamburg apartment.
She also identifies the Hamburg dealer who gave her the drugs.
The 37-year-old is also cooperative and confesses in the process at the district court.
She admits that she wanted to sell the speed for a profit.
Before that, the court promised her a sentence of between five and a half and six years.
Apparently, less was not possible because of the “many drugs”, as the presiding judge put it.
final line
The court ruled in favor of the accused that they “confessed early” and provided informational assistance.
The arrest of the 37-year-old looks as if she knew that it "had to happen" at some point, the chairperson interprets.
The accused had “slipped in” and credibly assured that he had “closed the loop”.
And not only under dealing, but also under one's own consumption.

The judge gave her “respect” for her “inner strength”.
When the chairman then points out the support of her mother and sister, who are sitting in the courtroom as listeners, and ends her verdict with the words "You really have potential", the 37-year-old can no longer hold back her tears.
Low own consumption
Contrary to what is usual in cases of this type, the court did not order her to be placed in rehab.
The reason for this is the relatively low personal consumption of the accused.
Above all, however, she strictly rejects inpatient therapy herself and instead relies on counseling services.
"If someone doesn't want it", a "forced happiness" makes no sense, the chairwoman explains the decision.

For most offenders, it's the other way around: they want to go into rehab.
If only because after successful therapy, the second half of their sentence is usually suspended on probation.
In addition, the conditions in a rehab clinic are considered more liberal than in prison.
Apparently, however, the 37-year-old is hoping to be transferred to a prison in Hamburg and released after two-thirds of the sentence has been served.
