The male clerk was thus prosecuted by the ICAC for the crime of providing benefits to public officials. He pleaded guilty in Kwun Tong Court today (20th).
The magistrate denounced the defendant's behavior as extremely stupid, and pointed out that if he failed the examination card, he could retake the examination. The case was postponed to January 3 for sentencing, pending the request for a community service order report for the defendant. During this period, the defendant was released on bail.
