Jesenwang - Nobody can plan such luck with the weather.
It couldn't have been better or nicer, even the sub-zero temperatures were bearable.
The winter forest presented itself enchanted with snow.
First, the guests were rewarded with sunshine and blue skies.
After dark, the forest cottage was lit up for Christmas.
The carriage could be heard coming from afar with its bells.
The parents pulled their children through the forest on sledges.
Some had brought their lanterns to take home.
But before that, you could endure it with mulled wine, good food, entertainment and a campfire on straw bales.
As usual, the KHV spoiled with game specialties, a children's choir, children making Christmas cards, the wind ensemble of the Germering town band, singing Christmas carols together, a Christmas tree sale and finally surprised with a breathtaking fire show, which was announced by a Goissler.
"Unique atmosphere and the best location at the little forest house, between Jesenwang, Grafrath and Landsberied", says the 1st director Alexander Meßner.

Carriage ride through the winter landscape
A guest from Munich was enthusiastic about the carriage ride: “When we came out of the snow-covered forest covered in snow, it felt colder straight away.
Fog rolled over the fields and St. Willibald's Church shone in the light of dusk.
An unsurpassable light, a perfect painting to marvel at.
The coachman increased the speed and with the jingling bells we reached the plague chapel.
What a carriage ride through the winter forest and winter landscape.” The children sang heart-rendingly and the horns warmed hearts with Christmas carols.
The grand finale was a fire show.
Presented in the cold, shirtless, playing with fire in the snow.
"Successful and unique," said the guests on the evening itself and also in the discussions over the following days.
The KHV thanks all hard-working helpers and supporters.
"Without you and your families, none of this would be possible," says Alexander Meßner.
It couldn't have been more perfect
The director of the Hans Stangl Foundation, Anton Reichenbach, wrote to the board of directors of the KHV: “Yes, it was a wonderful, extraordinary winter Christmas fairy tale.
The direction of the KHV and Christ Kind Wetter is excellent".
According to Helmut Tengg-Schlemmer, second board member, it could not have been more perfect.
"But honestly, we could only wish for such weather, it's not our fault," he admits.
“But one thing is certain: we have been very lucky at all our events so far – in every respect.
We are all very well-disposed and apparently the relationships are right, as the saying goes, even towards the top.
The KHV would like to thank all guests, wish you a Merry Christmas and, above all, a healthy, peaceful New Year 2023.” “The KHV is pleased
