Negligence in the Ministry of Justice: A sensitive tender to contract with a law firm in Greece was published - and deleted after contacting Israel Hayom.
The Ministry of Justice has published a secret tender of a security nature on the website of the Government Procurement Administration, a website open to all internet surfers.
This is a tender for contracting with a law firm in Greece, in the amount of 350,000 euros for two years.
According to the details published on the Procurement Administration website, it is office A in Greece and the contract is for two years from 12/1/22 to 12/1/24.
It is also stated in the details of the contract that the exemption from the tender was given on the basis of "special trust relations" with that office.

Only after contacting Israel Hayom did the responsible officials at the Ministry of Justice learn that the tender was mistakenly published on the website - and deleted.
"Israel Hayom" has learned that the Ministry of Justice's contract with the same law firm from Greece is part of the state's activity to provide legal protection in foreign countries to current and former senior security officials such as Chiefs of Staff, Ministers of Defense and more, this is in light of the reality that organizations such as BDS file lawsuits against those senior security officials in The Hague, or in other countries. In fact, the boycott organizations are trying to create a situation where those senior security officials will not be able to enter certain countries or that if they do enter - they will be arrested.

Against the background of these things and other cases that cannot be published - the state hires law firms abroad to provide a legal solution and prevent problems for those senior officials in different countries around the world.
