What worries the Ukrainian authorities in Kyiv are the ongoing Russian attacks on infrastructure.
The authorities continue to struggle to supply people with heat and electricity after the latest Russian rocket attacks.
The power went out in Kyiv for ten hours.
Only about 20 percent of the residents had access to electricity.
The energy giant DTEK describes such power outages in Kyiv as a "new reality".
Russia's military strategy currently seems to be aimed in particular at supply routes for civilians.
