Everyone remembers the arrival of the artists in a limousine to the credits music by Jean-Pierre Bourtayre and Jean-Claude Petit.
In the space of a few weeks, this entertainment, broadcast live, attracted more than ten million viewers every Saturday evening on Antenne 2 and became a must for experienced artists and beginners.
We meet Johnny Hallyday, Serge Lama, Dalida, Guy Bedos, Coluche, Sheila, Thierry Le Luron, but also Jeanne Mas, Mylène Farmer or Céline Dion.

on the front page, Michel Drucker won thanks to effective programming.
Even international artists visit him (John Travolta, Barbra Streisand, Whitney Houston…).

by Michael Jackson is broadcast for the first time in France in "Champs-Élysées".
After a break in June 1985, Michel Drucker took over the show six months later.
