A homicide commission is investigating the death of a 33-year-old in a basement in Dormagen (NRW).
Many questions are still open.
Dormagen – A 33-year-old man was found seriously injured in a basement in Dormagen (Rhein-Kreis Neuss in North Rhine-Westphalia) late Tuesday evening.
The man succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
There is evidence of a violent crime.

The 33-year-old man comes from Euskirchen.
He was found in the basement of an apartment building on Krefelder Strasse, reports 24RHEIN.
"The victim had injuries that do not rule out a possible homicide," police and prosecutors said.
A murder commission headed by the Düsseldorf police has started the investigation.
"The background to the fact is so far unclear," it said.
The investigations are ongoing.
Meanwhile, the police are appealing for witnesses.
