Zelensky left for the USA - and Putin is surrounded by threats:
the Russian Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu, confirmed today (Wednesday) that the army carried out a series of exercises that focused on a "massive nuclear attack" and emphasized that the goals for the year were successfully achieved, as he said in a speech to the heads of the army held at the school of the local Ministry of Defense in Moscow.
"Russian nuclear forces have successfully conducted tests of a massive nuclear strike in response to the enemy's use of weapons of mass destruction," Shoigu declared while warning against NATO expansion in the region.

"We are particularly concerned about the formation of NATO's forward presence near the borders of Russia and Belarus, as well as the West's desire to prolong military operations in Ukraine as much as possible in order to weaken our country," he explained.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered opening remarks at the event in which he emphasized that "there are no limits on military spending: the military should receive everything it needs."

The Kremlin responded to the summit that will be held tonight (21:00 Israel time) in Washington and clarified that they do not expect this to lead to negotiations between the parties.
"Weapons deliveries continue, the variety of weapons supplied is expanding," said Putin's spokesman, Dmitry Peskov.
"All of this definitely leads to an aggravation of the conflict. And, in fact, does not bode well for Ukraine," he added.
