As I recall, last Friday.

The terrorist opened fire at a driver who was driving towards Havat Gilead.

The bullet went through the windshield and the headrest of the driver, who was miraculously unharmed.

The driver who survived the shooting, recounted the moments of horror: "I was driving on the road and suddenly a car came in front of me and did a U-turn, and it looked like they were going to hit me. The driver motioned to me with his hand to say 'what happened' and then I heard gunshots. I continued driving and called the police and meanwhile the car fled "The barriers must be returned," he said.

Attempted run over at the Rachel crossing

Meanwhile, an initial report was received today about an attempted run-over at crossing 300 near Rachel's Tomb.

The suspect was neutralized and according to initial specifications there are no casualties to our forces.

According to the police, a motorcyclist without license plates arrived at the Rachel Crossing in the south of Jerusalem, and after noticing that the gates of the crossing were closed in order to stop him, made a U-turn and continued driving back towards the city, risking the security guard on the spot.

In response and due to the danger posed by his actions, a shot was fired by the force at him but no damage was detected and he continued on a wild ride and fled the scene.

Forces were called to the scene and searches are being conducted for the suspect while clarifying the circumstances of the incident.
