After a first wave of departures announced in mid-September, it is the turn of Ramon Fernandez, the financial director of Orange, to leave the company.
It will set sail for the shipowner CMA CGM on March 31.
Until then, he remains in his post,
"mobilized to work on (their) next strategic plan, convinced that the company will take the right directions to ensure the continuation of its development",
he says.
However, criticism is coming from all sides, from observers but also from group employees, eager to discover the strategic plan promised by Christel Heydemann for February 16.
The director general has been in charge since April 4 and some are starting to find the time long.
Especially since restructuring is already underway.
The group already has its new human resources director, Vincent Lecerf;
his new boss for Orange Bank, Stéphane Vallois, Orange Business Services (OBS);
its new general manager, Aliette Mousnier-Lompré …
