A 40-year-old resident of Hebron was arrested this evening (Wednesday) in Petah Tikva due to his suspicious behavior. In the documentation that came from the security cameras, a man is seen arriving at the lobby of the building - and rushing to get into the elevator together with a girl.
The suspect was arrested by Petah Tikva police officers after a report was received that he was walking around the streets of the city in a suspicious manner, and was even observed entering a residence in the city under suspicious circumstances.
In the meantime, the suspect was identified at the station as a resident of Hebron with a residence permit in Israel, and at this stage the circumstances of his presence last night at the entrances to residences in the city are being examined.
The police stated that "as soon as reports are received, which raise the suspicion of the existence of a crime, we will investigate accordingly."
