Kherson-sana
The official of the town of Lyubimovka in Kakhovsky, Kherson region, Andrei Shtepa, was killed by an explosion targeting his car.
The Russian TASS news agency reported, quoting a source in the local emergency service, that "an explosive device was placed in the car in which Shteiba was traveling, and its explosion killed him."
Kakhovsky is located in the Kherson region on the left bank of the Dnieper River, and the towns of the region have been the target of continuous artillery shelling by Ukrainian forces for several months.
