A hotel guest in Hallbergmoos climbed the fire escape barefoot.

The police intervened, but that wasn't enough for the man.

Hallbergmoos

– The police had to move out twice on Wednesday because a hotel guest (37) in Hallbergmoos completely freaked out.

As Neufahrn's police chief Michael Ertl reports, according to the hotel receptionist, the man had climbed around the fire escape and had also taken off his shoes.

"After the arrival of the patrol crew and a short conversation, it was initially possible to rule out a mental disorder in the gentleman," Ertl reported to the Freisinger Tagblatt.

Since the man had not committed any crimes so far, the patrol crew moved away again - after appropriate instruction and the request to refrain from further climbing actions on the house facade.

The second time, the man approached other hotel guests

The 37-year-old followed this instruction.

At around 4:30 p.m., the police had to come back.

This time the man had harassed several guests and, among other things, kicked a table in front of the hotel.

Now a house ban was issued, but the man ignored it.

Since the hotel guest does not have a permanent residence in Germany, the public prosecutor's office in Landshut ordered a security deposit of 400 euros for the offense of trespassing.

(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)

The man was questioned and escorted out of the hotel after the facts had been recorded.

"This obviously had an effect," police chief Michael Ertl said.

No other disruptions were reported.

The police force was over just before 7 p.m.
