Some therefore took the opportunity to offer a small gift to their Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister would have immediately put on this special jersey, under the watchful eye of the ministers, going from one room to another at Matignon.

Government spokesman Olivier Véran, questioned after the Council of Ministers on this gift which made people react, refused to comment further.
He just indicated that this gift “does not come from his team”.
If its origin remains unknown, the opposition has already reacted.
