EU corruption scandal: Eva Kaili must remain in custody

The former Vice-President of the European Parliament, Eva Kaili, who was involved in the corruption scandal, must remain in prison.
The competent court decided on Thursday.
Brussels - The former Vice President of the European Parliament, Eva Kaili, who is suspected of corruption, remains in prison for the time being.
The competent court in Brussels extended the pre-trial detention of the 44-year-old Greek woman by a month on Thursday, the responsible public prosecutor announced.
