For President Volodymyr Zelensky, financial aid for Ukraine is "an investment in global security"

Speaking before the plenary session of the US Congress, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked for the help received over the past 10 months to counter the Russian invasion, stressing that the money sent is not charity, but "an investment in global security."

He also promised to handle it in the most responsible way possible.
