On a vast land lost in the Aix countryside, modern buildings accommodate 1,200 pupils from kindergarten to terminale.
The equipment is that of an American-style campus, in particular the walls of lockers along the corridors opening onto the classrooms.
Young people leave their belongings there, especially mobile phones, which are prohibited during lessons.
Sports fields, tennis courts, gymnasium or swimming pool accentuate the parallel with the Anglo-Saxon educational model.
There is however a French touch, to be found in culture, with artistic workshops, a large theater or even reading rooms.
In the latter, silence is in order.
Students can open a book and make themselves comfortable in a leather chair.
