The restaurateur Karl-Heinz Wildmoser says goodbye to the Steinsee in the municipality of Moosach.
He ran the restaurant and leisure area for eight years.
Successors have been found.
Moosach
– Children change lives.
Karl-Heinz Wildmoser (58) had been running the restaurant and leisure area at Steinsee since 2014, and now he has stopped there as a tenant.
Two years ago he became a father again, which changed his "view of life", says the restaurateur, who also has the "Café am Marienplatz".
Together with the owner, he arranged the successor at Steinsee, says Wildmoser of the Ebersberger Zeitung.
Stefan Schadhauser and Uli Lischka sign a lease agreement
And it looks like this: In mid-December, Stefan Schadhauser and UIi Lischka signed the lease agreement, which is valid for 15 years.
Markus Strobl from the "SO GEHT WOW" agency has taken on the public relations work for the two entrepreneurs.
According to him, Schadhauser, who actually works in the software and real estate sector, grew up in Egmating and went swimming at Steinsee as a child.
Today, 160 employees work for his company, which achieves an annual turnover of around 50 million euros.
He also runs a boarding house, serviced apartments and a student residence in Munich with his family.

Schadhauser's partner Lischka, who will be responsible for the operational business at Steinsee, describes Strobl as a "restaurateur and entrepreneur with body and soul".
He runs a large restaurant and a golf course.
Gaststätte am Steinsee: "Soft opening" in March 2023
The restaurant at Steinsee should start in mid-March with a "soft opening", full operation is planned for Easter.
Wildmoser employees would be taken on, "which makes us very happy," say Schadhauser and Lischka.
They praise the cooperation with Wildmoser, "as one of the most successful and likeable Munich innkeepers".
The cooperation should be continued.
The new bosses want to take over the existing infrastructure at Steinsee, and a few small things for optimization will be implemented over the course of the next few months.
"Bathers in particular should benefit from this, in order to avoid long waiting times in the main operation.
Above all, the concept should exploit all the possibilities on the site - from the bathing beach to an attractive à la carte and beer garden shop and to conferences, and private and company celebrations of any size up to 400 people, says Markus Strobl.
New tenants promise "moderate" entrance fees for the pool
The newcomers want to make the entrance fees for bathers “very moderate”, as they say.
From the end of February next year there should be a precise price table.
The prices had annoyed bathers last season.
Wildmoser charged 7.50 euros for adults and children over the age of twelve and six euros for children.
That seemed too expensive to many.

There should not be any major changes in the leisure area.
"We want to leave it as natural as it is and will only make small cosmetic repairs.
All changes are carried out in close consultation with the Gruber family, who own the property,” promise Schadhauser and Lischka.
One is grateful to be able to continue the tradition of the family at Steinsee.
