The Immigration Department pointed out that anyone who violates the conditions of stay is guilty of a crime. If a passenger engages in employment work without the approval of the Director of Immigration, upon conviction, he will be fined up to $50,000 and imprisoned for two years.

Illegal immigrants, persons subject to deportation orders or deportation orders, overstayers or those who have been refused entry are not allowed to accept paid or unpaid employment. Offenders are fined up to 50,000 yuan and imprisoned for 3 years ; Employing illegal workers is subject to a maximum fine of 500,000 yuan and imprisonment for 10 years.
