The OSWA company has had no luck with their plans to build a dormitory for workers in Bad Wiessee.
After the municipality, the district office is now also rejecting the current plan.
Bad Wiessee
– The plans for the employee residence on Bergerweg in Bad Wiessee requested by the company OSWA are obviously not under a good star.
In addition to the municipality, the nature conservation authority of the district office in Miesbach has now also vetoed it.
Reason: On the property there is a tree that characterizes the townscape, which must be preserved in any case from the point of view of nature conservation.
Staff residence on Bergerweg has already failed twice in committee
For the third time, the planning of the real estate company OSWA landed on the table of the Wiesseer building committee.
The company would like to create a total of 41 beds for the staff of the future senior citizens' housing project in the center of the town on the almost 1700 square meter site.
The committee had twice rejected the designs because of their lavish size and design.
Valuable stock of trees: district office also rejects planning
This time the district office had asked the community to comment on the exchange plan.
Among other things, the question was whether the building size from a good 26 to 13 meters could be approved.
At the same time, the district office stated that the planning for the new building "is not considered to be approvable from a nature conservation point of view".
Among other things, the district office put forward an ash tree that was of exceptional value and should not be felled.
Several planned parking spaces are currently opposed to preservation.
CSU spokesman Sareiter is annoyed by the client's actions
CSU spokesman Florian Sareiter initially expressed his displeasure that the building contractor had now apparently turned to the higher authority after the failure at the municipality.
"You talk to the people in charge - and that's us," complained Sareiter.
In addition, he could not see any major differences between the new designs and the previous plans.
City council is still bothered by the number of parking spaces
Kurt Sareiter (CSU) still had problems with the number of parking spaces.
Although only 41 beds are now planned instead of the previous 47, the 30 planned car parking spaces seemed too few to him - even though this would comply with the municipal statutes.
“Where are the cars when there is no more space inside?” Sareiter asked himself.

Committee refuses plans again - this time unanimously
Bernd Kuntze-Fechner (SPD) didn't even want to bother with the parking space issue.
"The size is unchanged and it's so massive that we should definitely say no," he said.
The committee members were unanimous: with 8:0 they refused the existing exchange plans the community agreement.
