Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that the Russian army has made progress in disarming the Kyiv regime.
"It can be said that there is great progress on the road to disarming Ukraine and limiting its military potential," Peskov was quoted as saying by the Novosti agency, in response to a question about whether a goal of the special military operation had been achieved.
Peskov pointed out that Russian President Vladimir Putin said yesterday that the weapons stockpile of the Kyiv regime has almost ended.
The Russian President had confirmed that Ukraine will soon run out of weapons and ammunition, and therefore the regime will depend entirely on Western aid.
And the Kremlin spokesman announced that there are no contacts with the United States regarding a meeting between Presidents Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden.
Regarding media reports that claimed that the Kyiv regime is preparing peace proposals that will be ready by next February, Peskov said: "We heard Vladimir Zelensky, and everything he said is not based on today's facts that cannot be ignored."
Yesterday, Putin confirmed Moscow's endeavor to put an end to the Ukrainian crisis, and the sooner the Kyiv regime understands this, the better.
