A recent American study warned that the percentage of people with Parkinson's disease or Parkinson's disease is about 50 percent higher than it was in the past.
The study, issued by various American universities, showed that Parkinson's disease today affects 62 out of 100,000 people over the age of 45, noting that this number increases with age, as it affects more than 1,900 out of 100,000 people over the age of 80.
The study indicated that this neurological disease is still incurable, stressing that identifying people at risk of infection and assessing their neurological and health status with preventive medical intervention are factors that help eliminate its symptoms, which include tremors, slow movement and sleep disturbances.
The study stressed the importance of global awareness of this neurological disease, which is the second most common neurological condition associated with aging around the world, and is responsible for causing disability and increasing the risk of dementia and death.
