The lawsuit includes graphic descriptions of sexual assaults Lambros allegedly committed since 2012 against women admitted to intensive care at the hospital.

The two plaintiffs assured that Lambros took photographs and videos of his victims, which was verified by the Mesa County authorities who, after his arrest, found some 700,000 images and 65,000 hours of video on his phone and other electronic devices, which they equaled four terabytes of storage, explicitly showing his criminal conduct.

Rubinstein explained that so far the existence of four victims has been verified, two of them the plaintiffs.

The third has already been identified, but the identity of the fourth woman is still unknown.

The worker reported it to the authorities and notified the victim's husband about what had happened.

“We are working closely with law enforcement to protect our patients from those who intend to cause harm,” Johnson alleged, without offering details about that collaboration or how many people Lambros may have assaulted since he was hired in 2012.

The former nurse remains in custody at a Mesa County jail on $1 million bail.

The Secret Service joined the investigations in conjunction with the local police department and the Colorado 21st Judicial District attorney's office.
