Two new e-charging stations have gone into operation in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn.

Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn

– The two quick-charging stations in front of the town hall and at the Höhenkirchen volunteer fire brigade in Altlaufstraße can now be used, the municipality reports.

Both charging stations each offer two fast charging points with 50 kW.

At the beginning of next year, another fast charging station will go into operation on Bahnhofstrasse (near the Rossmann drugstore), as will the two normal charging stations, each with two 22 kW charging points, at the senior citizens’ center on Kramerstrasse and at the corner of Brotmannstrasse and Tulpenweg.

The construction of another fast charging station at the S-Bahn station has been postponed for technical reasons, it is planned for the first quarter of 2023.

Various payment options

At all charging stations, users have the choice between different payment options: You can use a charging card from Energie Südbayern (ESB), so the prices are currently 38 cents per kWh for normal charging and 48 cents per kWh for fast charging.

Payment is also possible via a charging card or app from a roaming partner of ESB, including ChargeNow, ADAC, ionity, Vattenfall and others.

Anyone who does not have an app or charging card can simply scan the QR code on the charging station for mobile direct payment and pay by credit card.

The prices for this are currently 40 cents per kWh for normal charging and 38 cents per kWh for fast charging.
