The French minister will notably pay tribute to the war dead in Ukraine during a trip to the heroes' monument in kyiv and will meet his Ukrainian counterpart, Oleksiy Reznikov.
Additional weapons
This visit will take place a few days after the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron, confirmed the shipment to Ukraine of new French weapons.
Paris thus recently delivered rocket launchers and Crotale missile batteries to kyiv and will continue its arms deliveries in early 2023, said the Head of State in an interview with TF1 and LCI broadcast last Tuesday.
