The National Cancer Screening Campaign in Homs Governorate provided, until last Wednesday, 20228 free services.
And the National Cancer Control Program stated on its official Facebook page that the services were distributed as follows: 8,630 mammogram examinations, 5,242 cervical smear examinations for women, and 6,356 blood draws for men for prostate examination.
And the program indicated that, on the occasion of Christmas and New Year's Day, public hospitals, mobile clinics and private medical centers participating in the campaign receive all citizens wishing to conduct medical examinations for the detection of cancer, on December 26-27-28-29, 2022, indicating that the campaign will re-submit Its services are in Homs, starting from the 2nd of January 2023 until the 10th of it, which is the last day of the campaign in the Homs governorate, to move at the beginning of February to the Aleppo governorate.
