61-year-old found with severe stab wounds in Ruhpolding workshop – police arrest woman

A man was found unconscious and with severe stab wounds in Ruhpolding.
A day later, the police arrested a woman.
Ruhpolding/Traunstein – Shortly after a bloody crime in Ruhpolding in Upper Bavaria, the police identified an urgent suspect.
On Thursday, a 61-year-old man was found in his workshop, probably seriously injured by a stabbing weapon.
Now the investigators of the Kripo have temporarily arrested a 59-year-old woman, as the police headquarters in Upper Bavaria South announced on Saturday (December 24).
The woman came "from the personal environment of the victim," it said.
She was caught on Friday (December 23) and brought before the investigating judge on Christmas Eve.
However, the 59-year-old was released again: there was no risk of escaping.

The victim is now out of danger, according to police.
The man was operated on in a hospital.
The doctors treating him now see him out of danger.
The 59-year-old suffered injuries to his upper body and was reportedly unconscious when he was found on Thursday afternoon.
For investigative reasons, the police initially did not want to provide any further information on the case.
The Kripo Traunstein, in cooperation with forensics officials, had started investigating a possible attempted killing on Thursday.
In the meantime, the riot police and helicopters were also involved in the search for the perpetrator.
At first it was said that the background to the crime was still completely unclear.
Now the police could have come a big step closer to finding out.
