The prime minister-designate responded to MK Struck's words that caused an uproar and said that "the Likud will ensure that there will be no harm" • MK Zohar of the Likud said that "the reality in Israel will once again determine that everything was lies and incitement against the right-wing camp"

The Discrimination Law Storm:

The Prime Minister-designate, Benjamin Netanyahu, responded to the words of MK Orit Struck from religious Zionism, who said this morning that "as long as there are enough other doctors who can provide a service - a doctor must not be forced to give treatment that is contrary to their religious position."

"Her words are unacceptable to me and my friends in Likud," Netanyahu said.

"The coalition agreements do not allow LGBT people to be discriminated against or to harm their rights to receive services as any citizen in Israel.

The Likud will ensure that there will be no harm to LGBT people or the rights of any citizen in Israel."

MK Miki Zohar from the Likud also said that "even though the left knows that Netanyahu and the Likud will not allow any damage to the freedom and choices of the citizens of Israel, they still do not stop defaming.

The fact that at least half of the intended coalition is liberal right does not prevent them from continuing this campaign of intimidation that has nothing to do with the truth.

The reality in Israel will determine once again that everything was lies and incitement against the right-wing camp."

"The left doesn't stop slandering."

Dr. Zeev Feldman, chairman of the state doctors' organization, also responded to the discrimination storm and said that "doctors are only committed to patients and the supreme value of human life.

I would like to make it clear that we doctors act according to our oath only, regardless of religion, race or gender.

The health system in the State of Israel is an island of sanity and coexistence.

We act in the light of the sanctity of life and human dignity and freedom.

We will all stand as a wall and prevent the entry of politics or racism into the health system."

Earlier, MK Michal Waldiger from religious Zionism responded and told "Israel Today" that she: "does not agree with Strock regarding the doctors but is not opposed to amending the discrimination law.

I didn't hear Orit, I only saw the title, a doctor certainly can't choose who he provides services to.

There is the doctors' oath, a doctor should provide service to everyone and certainly not allow discrimination in medical treatment, certainly not."
