Last September, Loïc Masson won his case with the administrative court of Melun: this municipal councilor (SE) of opposition of Bussy-Saint-Georges had seized the jurisdiction because he was unable to obtain the invoices of lawyers, engaged by the city – as part of functional protection – to defend municipal police officials.

They will be retried on appeal in January 2023 by the Paris Court of Appeal.
