The new trendy ban?
Snus, a kind of chewing tobacco banned in the European Union (except in Sweden), seems to be popular with French youth.
This moist tobacco powder packed into a mini bag the size of chewing gum is not smokeable.
It is placed between the gum and the upper lip to infuse in the mouth.
