Bar Ilan opened 13 years ago.

Fine choice olives, fresh fish and a selection of vegetables that he buys and gathers every day allow him to offer a supremely fine menu.

He prepares the pickled herring, the chopped liver, the refined matias and even the potato-filled carpelach with his own hands.

On weekends, he pampers himself with a fine homemade cholent that always ends up to the last spoonful.

But a bar is mostly alcohol.

And here the alcohol portions here are particularly indulgent.

Age is only a number

of his age Ilan chooses to take advantage of every moment of the day.

In the morning he patrols the market and collects the selected goods that he carefully searches for.

In the evening hours, he spends time at the bar, and as he gets older and wants to take advantage of every minute of the day, he prefers to do it preferably in a good atmosphere and with people who are fun to spend time with.

Already in his youth, Ilan was attracted to this lifestyle.

At the time he would come home from work in the afternoon and evening and go out to end the day spending time hanging out in the neighborhood pub.

He soon realized that this was the next dream he would like to fulfill, which hastened his retirement and led to the opening of the most pleasant and high-quality bar in Tel Aviv.
