Total stupor.
A month ago, Tuesday, November 22, the mayor of Meaux (Seine-et-Marne) issued a decree of imminent danger temporarily condemning the building located at the corner of rue du Général-Leclerc and rue Tronchon.
This decree was motivated by the “risk of collapse of part of the structures of the building”.
All occupants were evacuated, including the hair salon located on the ground floor.
