This project, supported by fifteen parliamentarians from the LR group, including Fabien Di Filippo, Éric Pauget, Josiane Corneloup, Patrick Hetzel and Véronique Louwagie, had been tabled in October, but it could not be integrated into the last parliamentary niche in November. LR, lack of space.
MP Martin had then decided to break it down into amendments within the framework of the orientation and programming law of the Ministry of the Interior (Lopmi), but these had been rejected, on the grounds of an impossible registration in the framework of this law, adopted in Parliament on 14 December.
