Summary.

On Saturday December 17, Indira Ampiot, Miss Guadeloupe, was elected Miss France 2023. This election comes after months of internal war at the head of the Miss France society.

Producer Alexia Laroche-Joubert, at the helm of this event for two years, made several changes, which resulted in the departure of the company's general manager, former Miss France Sylvie Tellier.

The two women were in deep disagreement on several points: the opening of the contest to married women and mothers, but also on the age of the participants.

After months of tension, Sylvie Tellier left the organization and was replaced by Cindy Fabre, Miss France 2005.
