He is under an international arrest warrant, under the surveillance of the Spanish authorities and was wanted by the judicial police and the police stations of Versailles (Yvelines) and Rosny-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis).
A 27-year-old man was recently arrested in Seine-et-Marne and placed in police custody for a series of thefts committed in the Paris region, identified as a member of a trio specializing in jewelry.
With no availability for an immediate appearance, he was eventually released.
We can only hope that the individual appears before the judicial court of Versailles, where he is summoned on June 28... The suspect could be identified after having stolen, with two accomplices, for nearly 65 000 euros of jewelry at Marc Orian in Parly 2, at Chesnay-Rocquencourt (Yvelines), at the end of November.

It was after the complaint from the head of the jewelry store that the police from the Versailles property damage group (GAB) discovered the modus operandi of three men, thanks to the exploitation of surveillance videos.
Two of them diverted the attention of the sellers while the third took control of the contents of the windows.
These images also made it possible to identify two members of the trio, known for receiving stolen goods and under an obligation to leave French territory (OQTF).
His two accomplices still wanted
With regard to the modus operandi, the investigators later make the connection with a new theft, committed on December 4 at the Histoire d'Or jewelry store in Vélizy 2. This time, the damage is estimated at just under 2,500 euros.
The videos help confuse the two Cubans.
One of them will be arrested shortly after by police officers from the Noisiel police station (Seine-et-Marne) after a cell phone theft.

Then placed in police custody in Versailles, the man domiciled in Seine-Saint-Denis disputed the facts… but admitted to being the person on the videos.
Especially since he was wearing, on the day of his arrest, exactly the same outfit as at the time of the events.
He was also wanted for similar facts by the Rosny-sous-Bois police station.
His two alleged accomplices are currently being actively sought.
