In a unit in Yau Tong Industrial City, Gao Fai Road, someone yelled for help, which alerted the neighbors to the police. It was revealed that there were crack cocaine and other drugs in possession, and a man was arrested in connection with the case.
At midnight, there was a dispute in a unit in Block B of Yau Tong Industrial City. Someone yelled, "Give me back the goods!" The two sides seemed to be jostling.
The police rushed to the scene, and there was only one person left in the unit. After searching, they found a red, white and blue nylon bag and some plastic bags, which were suspected of containing a large amount of drugs. They arrested the man suspected of "drug trafficking" and called drug detection dogs to the scene to assist.
According to on-site information, the seized drugs totaled about 44 grams of suspected crack cocaine, with a market value of about 68,000 yuan, and a batch of about 89 kilograms of white powder.
A 36-year-old man surnamed Xu was arrested on suspicion of "trafficking in dangerous drugs" and is currently being detained for investigation.
The case was handed over to the sixth team of the Criminal Investigation Team of the Kwun Tong Police District for follow-up, and the police are looking for its source.
