The long lines for those entering Israel show no signs of ending • In the documentation that reached Israel Hayom, crowds of foreign tourists are seen waiting to go through passport checks - while they stand in lines that seem eternal • The reason: a lack of workers

A few days after "Israel Hayom" published about the long lines to enter the country, and it seems that the situation is getting worse.

In the last few days we have received documents of endless queues at the entrance to Israel.

• Disappointing: this is what tourists who entered Israel went through

• This is the severe blow that awaits the taxi drivers who sting tourists in Netav

• Dear passengers: the savings will fly with you in 2023 - another wave of price increases in the tourism industry

As you can see in the video, the queue for passport control for foreign tourists starts somewhere at the exit of the sleeve, and continues along the entire entrance path to Israel.

You can also see in the video that the queues are also spread horizontally, so if they were arranged, they would be much longer.

There is no end to the queues.

In the inspection we held with the Population Authority a few days ago, they admitted that the reason for the queues is a lack of workers.

At the same time as the congestion for foreign tourists, there are times when congestion is also recorded when leaving Israel, and this is due to a lack of employees at the airport authority.

According to all estimates, the spring period is expected to be very busy in Israel, due to the high demand for flights during Passover.
